The CML Horizons Conference is an annual international conference for CML patient advocacy leaders. Educating patient advocates has been a key objective of “CML Horizons” conferences. In addition to educating our members about advocacy and health equity, we empower patient organizations to advocate for themselves, implement advocacy initiatives in both LMI and western countries. Furthermore, we develop a network of international advocates who work to make sure that every person living with CML has the best chance of thriving.

There is much more to the meeting than just medical understanding and advocacy training – as a result, the meeting has developed a phenomenal network across oceans and continents across the world to improve patients’ lives, enable new and existing patient groups, and has evolved into a unique multi-cultural family.

The CML Horizons conference is an annual event run by the community and sponsored by a variety of organizations. A non-profit Swiss-based organization, the Leukemia Patient Advocates Foundation, hosts the annual conference organized by the CML Advocates Network.
